Don't Do it
August 15, 2024You'll regret it. A complete nightmare of a place. Meth heads and people with mental issues roaming the building. Not safe at all. The management is the worst as well. Not clean. Trash chutes never work. Break-in constantly.Review from Apartments.com
I do not recommend
February 15, 2021While this property is in a great location, there are several issues. One, theft is high. I have had numerous packages stolen. My car was also broken into (my window was shattered) while in the garage. The mailboxes have also been broken into. Two, laundry machines are ALWAYS broken and take a while to be fixed. Also, the laundry card reload machine is in the office which is not always open so that has been a problem. Finally, I had some issues with the kitchen stove when I moved in and it was ...extremely difficult to get them resolved even with a red tag warning from the gas company. The issue was escalated to Triumph Management and the manager I spoke with was EXTREMELY rude. Overall, I do not recommend this property.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
A QUIET COMMUNITY
August 18, 2015This apartment community is quiet, for the most part. There is an on-site manager, however her hours are difficult if you have a 9-5 job as she is not in the office or accessible outside of the hours of 8-5. There are laundry rooms on each floor, but to put money on your laundry card you need to utilize the machine which is in the manager' office. If you want to do laundry on the weekend, but you have run out of money on your card, you are out of luck! This can get annoying after awhile. However, ...if you need a maintenance issue fixed they are generally pretty quick to repair it. We have had some issues with noisy neighbors, but generally the community is a quiet place to live. a home in the hills
July 28, 2015This apartment is in a wonderful location right at the bottom of the beautiful hollywood hills, literally minutes from the entrance of Runyon Canyon. It is a quiet building with a friendly and hardworking manager, Debbie. I live in a studio and the kitchen is small but still totally fine for one person and two if you're really close:). I highly reccomend this apartment if you're looking in the Los Angeles area!Review from Apartments.com
