September 20, 2025Conditions of buildings exteriors are looking bad, like stairways, building entrances, etc. Also, the perimeters needs to be cleaned more often, like blowing common areas. Some trash is for months in the perimeter, on the stairways and walkways.Property Manager Responded

August 9, 2025Sawyers Flats is great. Quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors, clean community, staff is very responsive. Summer is fun here because of the pool and grills. Winter is cozy, I enjoy the fireplace in my unit. Shopping centers near by so walking around is a plus.Property Manager Responded

August 7, 2025I’ve been a tenant for 4 months and haven’t had any issues. Maintenance requests are completed within a day and nothing major has needed to be fixed. The pool is great for the summer months and the leasing office has been helpful with all of my questionsProperty Manager Responded
