My boyfriend and I just moved in last week, and we are loving it!! Sawyer Heights definitely feels like home for us. Great amenities, and it is calm and peaceful! Only thing I would change is some things in the unit could be updated. Definitely recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a new place!

Back in the first half of the 2010’s, I had been working in Houston but living in Northeast Tennessee where I’m from. It had gotten to the point that I was tired of the long distance I had to travel when I went on days off. By the time I really started looking, I already knew the area I wanted to live in. I had chosen it for the location but I hadn’t decided on exactly where I was going to live. Granted, there’s quite a few more apartment buildings that have been built around here since then but ...
at the time, Sawyer Heights Lofts really stood out to me. After I toured Sawyer Heights, I didn’t look much longer because I had found the place I wanted to live. And in September of 2015, I became a resident of Sawyer Heights Lofts and I’ve been happy with my place the whole time. Most of the maintenance & office staff have been around for as long as I have. We all know each other, most by name, and we all speak when we see each other, which actually says a lot about how nice they are. So this is a big kudos to all those folks in the office or in the maintenance shop that I know, because all of you have made my stay here better in many ways and I would just like to say “Thank you”. The things you do & the way you treat people still matters and it’s always appreciated…at least by me anyway.

Sawyer Heights Lofts is a really great community. The staff is been very attentive to any concerns. There are community activities for tenants to enjoy. There is even a day off from cooking with the weekly food trucks. The location is in walking distance from everything you (and your pet) needs.
