First of all the rating for this place is completely false. The ratings of all review average out to 2 stars not 4.
Move in experience was fine, when we had Michelle. She was nice and attentive and seemed to know a lot of the tenants by name. After she left every thing started to get worse. Little things became huge issues because of the lack of responsiveness from the management team. There has been 4 or 5 building managers after Michelle each worse than the last. maintenance requests take ...
forever and the public spaces, especially the floors and stairwells are always dirty. There’s been times when I’ve seen the same piece of trash for days on end. Carpets and stained and smelly. the main lobby door is never locked giving anybody access to the building. What’s the point of the fob if anyone can just walk in. One of worse times was when the elevator was down for what seemed like a year. The trash valet system is also ridiculous. people put trash out at all times of the day even when it’s not the designated pick up times. Sometimes the valet comes by early in the night and people put trash out after they’ve already passed without even knowing. It’s makes the building look like an actual dump. There’s certain services we have to pay for with no option to opt out if not needed.
