I have recently moved back to Indianapolis and found myself settling down at Saxony Court in Irvington. It is AMAZING. One - the location is great. Not far from downtown, but also the Irvington area is full of so many surprises. Great food, great plant store, awesome book store, and the theater/library are so fun and provide great events. The Saxony Court apartments are amazing for the price you pay. I have yet to have a single problem while living here. The property manager & other staff are so ...
friendly and always ask how I am doing and offer to help with any needs I may have. My neighbors are all respectful and kind. I would recommend this place to any and everyone!

The location is everything, super close to restaurants/cool shops and not a far drive from downtown Indy. The kitchen is just the right space for me, and my living space has a wonderful window that fills the room with sunlight! In addition, management is very helpful, kind, and quick when it comes to any questions or issues I’ve had. Definitely one of the best managed apartments I’ve lived at in Indy!

i've been at saxony for 14 yrs and in that time only 1 time did i have a problem--but otherwise management, maintenance is there when you need them even after hrs--its quiet peaceful and very well kept up--kudos to stallard and associates for having such a great place to live--staying 14yrs in once place says alot for the quality of an apartment :)

In the heart of Irvington, you can feel like a part of the village. Not more than a stones throw away you can visit some of the best local businesses in Indy. Jockamo's Pizza, Chef Dan's (started as a food truck) Cajiun Soul Food, Wyliepalooza Ice Cream, Black Acres, Brew Pub, Legends Bistro, Alist voted Snipps Salon and more can be seen right out your living room window. The state of the art library is also right across the street. And not to mention all of the street festivals, the famous ...
Irvington Halloween festival, Ellenburger Park Food Truck Thursdays and Farmers Market plus several other events are right next door. The community is amazing. The people are truely neighbors.

The management is AWFUL! You can call them, go see them, email them...they don't care about your problems at all no matter how big or small. Awwwffffuuullll! Literally the worst place I have ever stayed.
