Losing residents rent money

My family has been here unfortunately a year, we have been on time with our rent but now that we have yet again new office people our rent money for August has went missing, we had a church organization help us out with our rent due to a unfortunate situation my family is dealing with, my husband and I have dealt with harassment and threats and no maintenance done to our apartment we have been paying for a year now , I have called corporate I have talked to the new office girl who informed us the ...

Nasty bugs

I've been dealing with flying ants and bugs in my apartment for over two years we have new management but it doesn't seem like that they really care about anybody I'm an apartment at 1 and we'll be glad to post reviews and photos up on this website if I don't get any action this is unsanitary it's not good and it isn't affecting my grandkids now so it would be nice if somebody could help they would get a negative 5 from me about living in these apartments I suggest nobody lives in until they can ...

Website claim they were open on sat but wasnt when I went this past Saturday spoke to resident who said they're always close on Saturday also trash was overflowing from dumpster six or more big trash bags halfway open on the ground

Horrible Management and Badly Maintained Apartments

NEVER move here. There are always large groups of people who live outside of the apartment, fighting, arguing, and selling drugs. They are NOT tenants. The manager, Jill, does not do anything about it, and the on site “security” is laughable. Jesse is the worst. There’s always garbage on the floor surrounding the apartment, and the maintenance takes WEEKS to fill maintenance requests. All of the amenities listed here are nowhere to be found. Please for the love of god, for your safety, sanity, ...
and happiness, do yourself a favor by not leasing here.
