Management does nothing to address any concerns. I as well as others in the complex have called and emailed about mice, heating issues along with other things as well. All has fallen on deaf ears. They do not maintain their buildings or parking area. I have fell on ice in parking spaces.
Save your money for a better complex. This one is going down hill quick!

I've had MULTIPLE issues with this place and management. It's winter, and my apartment is currently at 54 degrees. That's not even legal. When we complain we're told the heaters can't keep up. Save yourself the trouble and move somewhere that at least keeps up on what they're legally required to.

My boyfriend and I lived here from 2015-2016. Moving out was the best thing we did. We luckily had very kind neighbors with the exception of a few who would use food to encourage raccoons to come within feet of the building and a man who would sleep in his car quite often, even during the day. Parking was crammed. If you didn't properly fill out guest forms for parking, you were immediately towed. I often saw tow trucks on the property. Most importantly, we had many struggles with management. We ...
did not have heat in the winter and maintenance came in unannounced. We were also out of running water multiple times. The woman who works in the office was very condescending and just downright mean. I saw her smoking more than I saw her working. The worst part of living here was having three puppies aged 2-6 months die under mysterious circumstances while they resided in the apartment. We moved out after our third puppy died. They all died the same way. Our vet suspected poisoning or a congenital disease, but he was unable to give a divinities answer. If you can afford better, I would recommend you stay FAR AWAY from Scenic Tree. I wish I never moved there.

The office cares only about money not the tenant at all. They get very angry when you call about a problem in your unit so then they try and charge you because something that is older than the people that live here can't break on its own. Maintenance doesn't like to do work, they would rather sit in the parking lot smoking and jokingtoo get paid when they can't even fix a broken fixture. I'd you read this far go elsewhere, don't waste your time and money in sink hole condominiums!

Positives for Scenic Tree Apartments center on its location. Walk to a modern library and nice parks, police station is across the street, Moraine Valley College is less than a mile away, and a convenience store is on the corner. Under 4 miles is the R294 exchange, 2 Metra stations, and any store you could need. I moved into the complex in July of 2015 with only location on my mind. I have regretted this decision since signing.

the apartment and all the dust from drilling was left behind, along with wire end-caps and chunks of plaster. A Swiffer run inside the lower cabinets came out black and covered in hair. I would say the upkeep is done as cheaply as possible, but I have not seen upkeep, only desperately needed repairs that are done half-assed by people that cannot possibly be licensed contractors i.e. a light broke in the hallway, instead of finding a replacement cover that fit, they used one 2 2 inches too large and turned it on a 45degree angle. Ceiling and floors are thin and people come and go at all hours in my building. I will not be renewing my lease, for slightly more I can buy a place north of 95th or south of 111th.
