Everything a Landlord Should be!!
February 10, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comI’ve had a really great experience living here and honestly don’t have anything bad to say. The staff is always polite and easy to talk to, and whenever I need something, they respond really fast. Maintenance has always been professional and gets things done the right way. It’s also really reassuring knowing there’s 24-hour emergency maintenance if something ever goes wrong. The apartments are nice, high quality, and kept up to date, which I really appreciate. Everything feels well taken care of. ...In the summer we have a beautiful pool that we utilize on the daily, very clean and well maintained. The property also have a community garden residence can use to plant which a unique and fun touch. I also love the community here. The resident events are fun, and the annual charity drives are such a nice touch. It really feels like they care about the people who live here. Overall, this is a great place to live and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good apartment and a good community.Read MoreProperty Manager Responded

Mixed Emotions
December 26, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comThe apartment was in a fairly good condition when we got there, but we had troubles throughout the year. We had people that tried getting into our apartment claiming to be friends of the previous resident (I guess they got a spare key from him?). Maintenance always had to be called for repeat trips because nothing was fixed on the first try. The apartment was always in the upper 70s in winter and that is with our heat turned OFF. This made it impossible to be in our apartment without keeping ...all the windows open in winter.Read More
Extra charges after months smh
August 15, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comVery disappointed. When asking permission to add stickers on the wall and they say yes “we want this to be your home” after move out and a month later getting my security deposit. I get an email with additional charges. They had to paint “extra” and the stickers (which I asked permission before adding them) were a problem. Smh why ask if I get charge at the end. Why say yes if employees words means nothing. Your better of buying a house.
