Historic Building in Downtown Sandusky Within walking Distance to many Restaurants and Bars, 2 Blocks from the Pier Each apartment has 2 bedrooms/1 bathroom with original Marble floors, washer, and Dryer in each apartment. New Stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Each apartment has 2 balconies, common area with pool table and sitting area for all tenants also a roof top deck with sitting area firepit. No Elevators, No pet policy due to tenant allergies. We do have other locations to offer if needed.
