December 25, 2025Overall, Scholars Corner has been a clean and stable environment. The staff and property manager are very attentive. Only issue would be the elevators since they're a bit older. Sometimes they malfunction but they do get fixed promptly within 2-24 hours after bringing it up to management.Property Manager Responded

October 31, 2025The building is very old and sometimes one of the elevators breaks or sometimes the plumbing is not very good. For a period of at least a couple months when I first moved into my place, I did not have access to cold water and it was summer time - not ideal.
