unless you are in dire straights to move into a place immediatly, look else where, there are about 15 sex offenders scattered through out the buildings, as well as hard drug users, walls are paper thin, the landlord is rarely here to manage the property, usually shows up to get rent, but that is about the only time you see him. Most of the studio apartments are not newly renovated, huge spaces in the floor boards. What looks like water damage on the walls. Makr sure you do not get behind in rent ...
anyway shape or form, even if you and the landlord came to an agreement, because if he doesn't get his money in his version of a timely manner, he will move to evict you and say you owe more than you actually do. KEEP ALL RECEIPTS!!!!!!!
