My Family loved it!

New Staff/great place to live
May 26, 2022Honestly, anywhere you go to live there will be issues. The staff and Maintenace team have changed for the better. In my experience, the office does care about the residences. Sure, they may have to play by the rules and regulations and can be strict. Overall, it's a great complex. Minus the rude tenants and some crazy kids running around. If you move here, just stick to yourself and avoid the drama. The OG's that live here are wonderful and very accepting.Review from Apartments.com

Horrible Maintenance & Staff Experience
July 26, 2021Worst apartment living experience ever!!! Completely incompetent staff and maintenance team. Lived here 3 years with a constant AC leaking problem that they would not fix. Finally replaced the unit a month ago but the new one stops cooling on a recurring basis. The front desk staff is terrible. They don’t know how to communicate or answer questions regarding lease terms and renewal. They don’t respect my time or privacy. Send maintenance to my place unannounced all the time. My life is constantly ...interrupted and inconvenienced because they are so unorganized. This is the second Friday in a row that they randomly shut off my water unannounced and after hours so I have no idea what is going on. I cannot wait to get out of here!!! ISSUES SINCE DAY 1
February 21, 2020I had issues from day 1. The manager has not called me and I do not know why. I am considering getting a lawyer. It is OUTRAGEOUS the level of customer service I have received. The lack of accountability is incredible. Maintenance was terrible. Air conditioner worked in only half of the apartment. Conflicting communication with staff. NO accountability if they do something wrong. Plumbing was terrible in both bathroom and kitchen. Rude
June 28, 2019Waited till I moved out to write a review and I’m glad I did. Some of the staff members were nice and the maintenance was amazing but the apartments are cheap for what you’re paying. Also, there are tons of hidden fees. They just charged me 218 dollars for prorated rent and other things because I put down a “security bond” not a “security deposit.” Which I was not told when moving in. This is not luxury and disorganized
April 16, 2019Roof rats. Horse fly's, nothing is "MANAGED" by office. Management no matter how old or new is not organized, landscaping does whatever they want. Too much money for all the problems we face at the property. Too much noise. My husband and I have lived here 3 years. Things get worse. Raise in rent. Trash all over property. Disorganized. You'll think it's nice at first then you will realize you got played. SO MUCH NOISE. Lots of small dog owners who are oblivious with noisy pets.Review from Apartments.com
Worst Living Experience I have ever had
July 18, 2017During my almost year here I have had roof rat issues, a horse fly infestation, a dishwasher that has broken time after time, and numerous other things in the apartment that have broken and gone wrong. Unfortunately the furthest we've gotten ever is an acknowledgement from the staff that they know the rats are an issue yet they never really even seem to do anything about it. Resident here for six years

The Highlands
July 24, 2015It started all great, and it keeps being great for us here. The location is amazing. You have the park and the dog parks just crossing the street, you have walking trails, shopping plazas. I just love it and enjoy it so much. The swimming pools are always ready to use. Unlike some past apartment complexes where I have lived, The Highlands do keep their main swimming pool warm during cold seasons!
