      Location is great, walkable to the canal, library, civic center. Management is incapable of maintaining clean and adequate living conditions. The property is smoke free however violations are common and management is slow to address. Smoke seaped into our unit from the hallway and nearby unit. Due to a medical condition I could not live in the unit and needed to submit an intent to vacate early and pay the early termination fee. Also there was a carpet cleaning fee on the move out invoice, which ...
      is interesting considering there were no carpets in the unit.
