June 16, 2025Location is great, walkable to the canal, library, civic center. Management is incapable of maintaining clean and adequate living conditions. The property is smoke free however violations are common and management is slow to address. Smoke seaped into our unit from the hallway and nearby unit. Due to a medical condition I could not live in the unit and needed to submit an intent to vacate early and pay the early termination fee. Also there was a carpet cleaning fee on the move out invoice, which ...is interesting considering there were no carpets in the unit.Property Manager Responded

We actively addressed smoke-related concerns during your time with us through inspections, notices, and community reminders, though enforcement can take time without direct evidence. We stayed in communication throughout and made every effort to resolve the issues you raised. Your early lease termination was processed according to the lease terms. The move-out charges included a standard full clean and a vinyl floor steam clean with pet deodorizing treatment. It was listed under “carpet” due to system coding but clarified in the itemized notes.
