Filthy, inconvenient

The beachfront location is all that saved this place. The floors and surfaces were filthy immediately after the cleaners left, so dirty we HAD to wear our shoes when inside. Toilets and beds were ok, but literally everything else was covered in dirt, sand and salt as if it never gets wiped down. Furnishings are older and worn, some with chew marks, and should probably start some replacements. Bathrooms, pool and parking are not great. Bathrooms: 1 private w/ king room, 1 shared between 2 queen ...
rooms, 1 public that double room shared with everyone. Pool is street side. Parking is a tight and awkward mess with one spot being alongside the pool gate which doesn't have an anything to stop it from crashing into the car parked there. Ice maker barely worked. Great Beach view/location, but nowhere to store your beach chairs, etc.
