Don't Believe Management
April 9, 2021The management has changed three times since we started the rental process. The apartment was not ready when promised, the apartment was still not ready when I moved in and they have not fixed any of the problems since I moved in in late February. These apartments cost too much for the services rendered. The apartments also are not sound proof. I can hear the conversations from the apartments on either side of ours and the children playing the the footsteps from the apartment above us.Review from Apartments.com
Poor maintenance and service
October 7, 2020These apartments are old and while some updates have been made, there are a lot of maintenance issues that pop up. This wouldn't be a big deal except that maintenance is extremely unreliable. I've had multiple issues that have not been resolved over several months. Every time I call, the property managers promise that someone will "be there tomorrow." It's become a running joke for us. If they were at least honest, I would update it to 3 stars. Excellent Customer Service
November 8, 2019I viewed the apartments and loved them. The location is amazing. We go to the restaurants and bars in the area all the time and we are always at the beach. The beach is at the end of plaza. It's really close. We ride our bikes there all the time. The staff are great. They helped us move in, which was awesome. Whenever we have a problem they are always quick to fix it. The amenities are great and we love the apartment.Review from Apartments.com

Love the Florida Sunshine!
May 9, 2019Moved to Sea Oats in March, from coastal NJ. The apartment is renovated in good taste. Nice and quiet, which was a concern after location of my last condo. The best “amenity” here is the wonderful staff, Tory, Elizabeth, Mark. All pleasant, punctual and go the extra mile. The pool is beautiful and the proximity to beach is delightful. Best apartment!
April 18, 2018I absolutely love it here! The staff and residence are absolutely wonderful! The staff is so accommodating and personable. They have fun game nights and events for the residents to attend. I feel like this is home. It is in a great location and the apartment complex has so much to offer! I can ride my bike or walk to the beach and downtown beach restaurants and bars. They have a nice pool, gym, areas for kids/pets to play. I'm so happy I don't ever want to leave! Its ok, but not for the price
August 1, 2017I have lived here almost a year now and my husband and I have been through a LOT with this place. The location here is so unsafe. It's right off of mayport road the crime is awful. The public bus stops right in front of the complex (in the turning lane to get in here) and the gates have never once worked so people loiter around in here all the time. My husbands keys, wallet, and car were all stolen in december of last year and the apartment complex didnt even feel the need to warn people about it ...or fix their dang gates! Not only that but one night I was emptying the dishwasher and the cabinet above me (we live in the newly renovated apartments so these are brand new cabinets) fell right off the wall on top of me. All of our glasses and crystal wedding presents shattered at my feet. When we looked at the wall we saw that only two screws had been holding up an entire L shaped cabinet. We took a list of all the items we had lost that were just recently given to us for our wedding and all we got back was a 30 dollar visa card and a sorry. We just found out they are raising the rent by 100 dollars so we do not plan to stay here, and with a baby on the way wouldnt feel safe doing so anyways. The apartments are nice on the inside, but the outside looks like section 8 housing still (it once was) and is just not worth the money.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Best beach apartment in town!
October 11, 2015I have been living at the Sea Oats apartment for a little over 2 months, and have had nothing but positive experiences. The staff at the front desk are respectful and always willing to help. The apartment itself has plenty of room for a 2 BR. All of the appliances are brand new, which includes fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, and sink. My favorite part about the location is that it is less then a 5 minute drive to the beach. With the great weather in FL, you can't beat that.
