August 3, 2016After one month of staying over here my father car has been stolen from inside the complex "from the park has no numbers " if you are thinking to move here please do not . you think its gated !!!! forget about it in less than 11 hours the car disappeared. they even didn't care to move from the chairs Thank you seawind that s your welcoming to new guest.Property Manager Responded

Overpriced
February 27, 2016I've lived here for over a year and the rent goes up a lot and it's overpriced for the location and what you get.Leases are only 6 months and the rent goes up after each lease. Seems like the money you pay goes on things that you don't really want. It has gates and assigned parking which is nice but the entrance is not gated so anyone can walk through. It's good enough but again overpriced for the location.Property Manager Responded

August 15, 2015The building is old and they Are charging too much for a lower income area. Rules don't fit the residents needs. When they upgrade equipment its not what the resident needs, what they want to spend. Random strangers coming in throughout the nite. They say they have security walking around but I've seen no one and with some of the parties late at nite no one quiets it down after 12:00 .Property Manager Responded

Decent
October 19, 2014I lived there for about a year and a half, recently moving up to Idaho. It was great for the price, if you can get over gaggles of bratty children running free at all times, but if you have pets you need to prepare heavily for the flea season.
