Worst living experience

Touring the apartment was fine, I put an application right away as it seemed like a good community, that was the beginning of the worst time of my life. Moving here has been a nightmare for my family. The management and overall experience have been disappointing with handling sensitive situations. We've faced safety issues and had trouble getting timely responses. I feel the complex could benefit from better management and more flexible policies, especially regarding safety. If you have kids, ...
consider this factor carefully. I wish someone had warned about what I was walking into but unfortunately for me it was too late. I’ve never felt more unsafe and hopeless in my life!! Nobody deserves this I wouldn’t wish this experience on anybody!

We have lived here just over a month and have been fighting with roaches since day 2. An exterminator has been to our apartment 5 times since moving in on July 28th (every Friday). And this morning I look over my head and there's a roach in the shower with me. In addition to paying rent, we are paying to eat out every night since we have not cooked or unpacked since we moved in. Still awaiting management’s decision as to whether we can actually break the lease (without penalty) and actually ...

Worst Place To Live

The NEW Management is poor and do not make there residents a priority. They do not hold their selves accountable for anything or even follow up with your issues POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have been living here for almost 3 years and everything was fine up to now when this management came. The worst place to ever move save your misery and money !

Balcony used instead of laundry room
August 19, 2017
What happened with using washers and dryers,why does the tenant in 7402 Lesada drive 2A hang clothing on the balcony daily to dry. Facing the parking lot as you drive up to enter the building. This is not a good look at all. No one wants to see clothing underwear including a trash can entering the building. This was a policy enforced when we signed the Leasing agreement years ago. I made the complaint early this week, no action taken by management. Is it time to move out of Security Apartments

Not worth to pay

Very bad experience staying in security apartment. 1. Air condition broken- Did complain tons of times, technician came and said it works. but apartment never gets colder even i ran a/c for non stop 3-4 days 24 hours. not even gets cold in the living room. Technicians are not well trained. Plus when a/c run, it makes you feel you are living in some machinery location with lot of loud noise. Even persons setting in the leasing office do not care. 2. Neighbor takes shower early AM, that noise is so ...
loud, it wont let sleep until shower is closed. 3. when toilet is used, have to flush 3-4 times, did complain, their technician said, change the toilet paper. 4.Leasing office is so ignorant even if you pay rent on time. This is not worth to pay that much of rent without good service and without broken appliances. With all these issue I faced, after moving out, I got bill of $1000 for carpet and microwave replacement. Its better to pay extra buck and get the apartment where appliances are working properly. Down the street there are so many nice apartment with good services.

I've lived here for two years. Had constant issues with apartment: air conditioning not working constantly, mice, leaks from upstairs apartments and a ragged stove, and issues with mold that maintenance passed over as mildew issues. Maintenance did respond timely to my many repair requests. However I was never so appalled as when upon moving out I not only did not get my security deposit back but got a bill for carpet replacement. They had the audacity to bill me for new carpet. of very poor quality in the first place which meant it would wear very easily and then they billed me to replace it. So renters beware. Although the rent is lower than other apartments in area; you get what you pay for. I would not recommend renting there. You may pay lower rent but you will suffer in other areas.

I have had to call maintenance 5 times already for different things. twice for my a/c leaking and wetting my carpet. another 3 times for loud bathroom pipes that run in my main bedroom. anything my upstair neighbor runs water in their bathroom I hear a loud noise until they are finished. when complaining to the rental office, they basically said theres nothing they can do because the pipes are old and everyone has this problem. I think that is unreasonable ...
for me to pay almost $1000/month and not be able to sleep continuous through the night because the pipes wake me up in the middle of the night or early in the morning (im guessing when that neighbor is preparing for work) Do yourself a favor an go to the apartments right down the street. is about $20/30 more expensive, but its newer apartments, no pipe problems, and they have washer/dryer in every apartment

Maintenance comes asap to correct any issue in the apartment. Cleaning crew keeps the hallways presentable. Spacious apartment. Leasing office workers are very nice and are willing to help with any problem. Overall, the best apartment I've rented this far. I have already referred a family member to Security Part Apartments.
