I would like to leave a review to let everyone know that one incident does not define a property and there is always room for change. This apartment complex is under new management in which is an amazing lady. She’s very polite and is concerned about each and every tenant. Her ideas to improve this apartment complex is amazing. Soon this apartment won’t have such a bad name because she has so much potential to make this place much better.

Large roaches and the appliances never work. No one ever comes to fix my issues and when they do it messes up again after 24 hours. I am terminating my lease. Poor management

I don't know much about the area, so I have been just driving around. I stumbled across Sedgefield Square. I love the location, close to everything. I like the trees, makes it feel very calm and relaxing. The staff is very informative and I can't wait to move in. They have been newly remodeled and the price isn't bad either.

Apartment and appliances are old. Constant issue with large roaches and bugs. Management claims they spray for them but they do not go away. Neighbors are not friendly and often loud. The neighborhood is not that great, always hearing sirens at night. Windows have poor insulation. Only one washer and dryer per complex (8 apartments).The space for the rental price is good and management does fix things quickly.

Old cracking walls, windows are pathetic with tgat air coming right tgru in the winter. Weird funky smell in one o the bedrooms an in the sink drains. Renovation needed asap
