Nit Picky
August 7, 2024I have lived here for almost two years now. The first year was wonderful, but in recent time, it has gone down hill. The management used to be very accommodating and lax. Recently they have become very strict and threaten fines for every minor infraction (heaven for bid I leave my trashcan out slightly too long). This all while the persistent roach and wasp problems go unchecked. I will be leaving as soon as my lease is up.Property Manager Responded

All the employees were friendly yet professional and were helpful when there were occasional system glitches. The sound insulation seemed excellent as I rarely heard our neighbors.
