The management staff is professional, friendly, and responsive, and the maintenance team provides quick and reliable service. It’s a quiet and peaceful community, and thanks to the solid construction and excellent insulation, I never once experienced issues with outside noise—you truly can’t hear your neighbors or what’s going on ...

I have lived here for almost two years now. The first year was wonderful, but in recent time, it has gone down hill. The management used to be very accommodating and lax. Recently they have become very strict and threaten fines for every minor infraction (heaven for bid I leave my trashcan out slightly too long). This all while the persistent roach and wasp problems go unchecked. I will be leaving as soon as my lease is up.

The apartment design was light and open, the appliances were of high quality, maintenance requests were handled within 24 hours. The pool area was particularly pleasant. All the employees were friendly yet professional and were helpful when there were occasional system glitches. The sound insulation seemed excellent as I rarely heard our neighbors. The location next to Bridge Street was very good for shopping and entertainment.
