May 16, 2026It’s ok. I wouldn’t recommend anyone living here. It’s just like any apartment in this city. Extremely high utility bill that seems like a guess of “how much you’re using” depending on how much money the property and city needs. April 24, 2026Living at Renew has been a deeply disappointing experience, and I honestly cannot recommend it. From the moment I moved in, it became clear that the management’s promises don’t align with the reality of living here. Maintenance requests often go unanswered for far too long, and when they are addressed, the fixes feel like temporary bandages rather than actual solutions. The common areas are not kept up to a standard that justifies the cost of rent, and there is a general lack of communication ...from the office staff that makes simple tasks feel like a struggle. For the price being charged, you expect a certain level of professionalism and comfort, but unfortunately, this complex consistently falls short. If you are looking for a place that feels like a home where you are respected as a resident, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere. April 19, 2026As the property has been going through the necessary improvements especially in the area of security, it has been a better experience. The office staff have been well-trained in general, however, they are still being educated in areas that have been unknown to them.
