March 25, 2026Living at Renew Tallahassee has been a generally positive experience for me. The community is well-maintained, and the landscaping gives the property a clean, welcoming feel. I especially appreciate the quiet atmosphere it’s a good balance between student-friendly and peaceful enough to relax or work from home. One of the highlights is the location. It’s convenient to nearby shopping, dining, and campus areas, which makes daily errands and commuting easy. Parking has been manageable, and I ...haven’t had major issues finding a spot. That said, there have been occasional delays or communication gaps that could be improved with more ...consistent follow-up. The location is convenient, with easy access to nearby shops, restaurants, and major roads, which adds a lot of value to living here. Noise levels are generally acceptable, although this can vary depending on neighbors.
