It’s ok. I wouldn’t recommend anyone living here. It’s just like any apartment in this city. Extremely high utility bill that seems like a guess of “how much you’re using” depending on how much money the property and city needs. Issues aren’t addressed by priority then it’s left on the residents to fix.

Unprofessional. Most staff were okay others weren’t. I have to spend my time looking over my shoul because of shootings. Police always out here.

Only need to improve the front gate wait timings for cars.

Living at Renew has been a deeply disappointing experience, and I honestly cannot recommend it. From the moment I moved in, it became clear that the management’s promises don’t align with the reality of living here. Maintenance requests often go unanswered for far too long, and when they are addressed, the fixes feel like temporary bandages rather than actual solutions. The common areas are not kept up to a standard that justifies the cost of rent, and there is a general lack of communication ...

As the property has been going through the necessary improvements especially in the area of security, it has been a better experience. The office staff have been well-trained in general, however, they are still being educated in areas that have been unknown to them. The amenities are still really nice, and as they add more cleaning measures in order to maintain them, the property will progress!
