Very bad front office people and high utility bill

This has been one of the worst apartment experiences I’ve ever had. The management is incredibly disorganized and does not seem to care about residents once the lease is signed. Getting a response to maintenance requests or general concerns is frustrating, and communication from the office is inconsistent and unprofessional.

responsibility or providing clear answers. Customer service is seriously lacking.
The utility bills are another huge problem. They are consistently much higher than expected, and there is very little transparency about how the charges are calculated. Paying such high utility costs every month without proper explanations is unacceptable.
The pest problem is also unacceptable. There are roaches, and it makes living here very uncomfortable. No one should have to deal with that after paying rent every month.
Overall, this property is poorly managed, the customer service is disappointing, the utility costs are unreasonable, and the pest issues make the apartments unpleasant to live in.
