Terrible Place to Live

No AC for over 2 months in the middle of summer. No communication about what is going on at all. Claimed it was fixed 3 times and it was not each time. They refuse to fix any issues or respond to questions about what is going. Messages are never returned, emails are never returned, and if you do actually speak to someone they will lie to you. Worst property management company in this city.

I've lived here for nearly two years. The apartments are clean and spacious, and very affordable for the location. The maintenance staff is professional and fast, and I have never had any problems with bugs. The Core Redevelopment staff are in the building and are professional and quick to respond. They also do a great job communicating via email and text any general updates for the property. Overall, I have had a great experience.
