Budget for therapy if you move here
August 7, 2025I’ve lived here for 3 years and went through 6 management teams, and now can confidently say this is the worst management I’ve experienced. Everything seems fine — until you have a problem that doesn’t involve maintenance. That’s when it all falls apart. The new team lacks basic accountability and communication. If you ever need something fixed that isn’t a leaking pipe or a broken light, good luck. You’ll be ignored, gaslit, or blamed. Don’t expect empathy or ownership — just silence, ...deflection, and stress. I paid top dollar expecting a luxury experience. Instead, I’ve had to deal with emotional distress, retaliatory treatment, and complete lack of care. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. If you move in here, make sure you also budget for a therapist, because that’s what you’ll need once things go sideways. There are better places in LA for less — places where the staff actually listens and cares. Don’t let the building fool you. It’s not worth your peace of mind.Property Manager Responded

Horrible Service!
April 9, 2024They never answer the phone, emails, or texts. I walked in to the elevator today and the floor was black, dog pee in the corner and the Sales person who rode the elevator with me even apologized.. :(Property Manager Responded

Terrific Staff
June 24, 2023This place is a very secure and safe spot in DTLA, although many passer bys are near the building, it remains very safe and protected by a very well prepared staff. They handle packages and guests with great professionalism and safety toward the residents. I appreciate their great attitudes also as each day I’m greeted by someone at the front lobby with a smile. Love Sentral DTLA

The amenities are top notch. The views to downtown LA are second to none. Studio Furnished
March 21, 2023I stayed in the furnished room twice for a total of 6 months. I’m very happy with my life here. My room was spotlessly clean, with stylishly designed furniture, a large kitchen. The pool and hot tub are also great. All the staff at Sentral were friendly, they took care of our luggage and were quick to respond when l had a problem. In my case, the rent included furniture and utilities, including Wi-Fi, so it was a good deal.Property Manager Responded

Love my new building!
December 22, 2022I moved in this past summer and love it here. I am on a high floor with a beautiful downtown view. The apartments are quiet, apart from the normal DTLA street sounds. I love the rooftop. The staff is nice and they have some parties for residents once or twice a month that are always a good time. Great place!
December 21, 2022I just stayed here for a month as I was working on a project downtown with my job and I loved it. The building is very nice, well maintained, and I love the lounge and pool. The pool is heated so I was able to enjoy it even in December. The location is perfect, close to everything and very convenient for someone from out of town with no access to a car. The folks at the front desk were very nice and helpful. Work will bring me back and I’ll definitely stay here again, it’s a lot better than a ...hotel!Property Manager Responded

Love Sentral
September 29, 2022I really like this building. I moved in this summer and have been happy since. I love my apartment, it’s quiet and great for people like me who work from home on most days. The pool deck is shaded and quiet during the week, perfect when you want to take your laptop and work outside. The staff at the desk is nice and helpful. August 24, 2022I have lived in many cities and complexes but it never felt like home until I moved to Sentral DTLA ! The community, amenities, events organized by the building -everything is just unbelievable. I even feel like I will be stuck here for a while, honestly, because it's THAT good. I have never had yoga on the rooftop or comedy show at the place where I live, have you? Sentral is killing it! Moving here was easy peasy , thanks to Alina, the leasing manager who has been taking such good care of me ...since I even started to think about moving here. Moving is supposed to be tough but not if your leasing manager is Alina, she makes things happen like magic without any effort from your side. Worth it!
June 23, 2022I toured 8+ apartments and was not set on anything until I toured Sentral. When I arrived, Kurt had multiple apartments to show me within my range, and helped me find the perfect home. Even after the tour he was quick and responsive with any questions I had. The look and lease deal was a steal, and 6 months of free parking in downtown LA?! Can’t beat it.
