Cute small place
September 26, 2024For the area, I think this is a fairly priced apartment. My building was built long ago so occasionally has some errors but I think that's where the star of this property comes from - incredibly quick maintenance response. Lisa and Frank are both very efficient and sweet. A good option to consider for Otis or LMU Students!Property Manager Responded

Great place to live
April 27, 2023Loved living here! Lisa, the property manager, is quite honestly the best possible manager you could ask for. She is always on top of it! She’s very communicative, gives fast responses to any concerns or maintenance issues, friendly, and professional. Frank is also prompt to fix any maintenance issues and friendly! In fact, the entire staff here is amazing. Issues get addressed within the same day usually. I was worried about the airplane noises prior to move in since it’s close to LAX, but the ...double paned windows do their job. Because the apartment is around a residential neighborhood, it’s also quite peaceful and the view is nice. Street parking is generally easy to find for guests. There’s a lot of newly remodeled amenities that are well maintained and always available for use. Some other random notes are that the apartment is well insulated. March 14, 2023I cannot say more of what an amazing experience we have had with Sepulveda West Apartments. Lisa, the property manager truly the best. From when we first viewed the complex, to moving in, to 6 months later she has made us feel so welcomed and has gone above and beyond with all of our needs. She is reliable, communicative, proactive and truly cares about the property and it shows. On top of that, Frank and Alma who help maintain the property are so great. We have had very few fixes needed but when ...we have, Lisa is immediately on it and Frank is there to fix it ASAP. The complex is quiet and the tenants are very friendly and respectful. Lived here for 5 years
February 6, 2023I’ve lived here for about five years now and I really love this place. It’s in a great location where you can easily get to Culver City or Manhattan Beach or LAX and. Inglewood. Lisa is a great manager very approachable and always very nice. Anytime there’s been a maintenance issue it’s usually taken care of within the day. Best Place I’ve Ever Lived
July 14, 2022I loved every second of living at Sepulveda West! The 1 bedroom unit I lived in was so spacious and clean. The location was in a beautiful neighborhood that was great to take strolls in. Also was close to so many great restaurants and to grocery stores and other shopping. Also a very close run/drive to the beach. Close to the 405 and 105 for commutes and the property management team led by Lisa is so helpful and nice. June 19, 2022I’ve lived here for 4 years and love this apartment complex. For one it’s close to my favorite beach ? Manhattan beach and also a stones throw away from Culver City. Lisa is a great landlord who’s helped me a lot with any issue I’ve had over the last few years living there. March 23, 2022My wife and I currently live here in a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment. The unit was recently upgraded with new paint, tiles, appliances and looks amazing! Very modern looking apartment. The people in the building are so nice and friendly. We moved in during construction and the results are amazing! Brand new pool, community room, and brand new gym that I use 3-4 times per week. It has all the equipment you need so you don't need a gym membership. The neighborhood is super friendly and very safe. ...I go on walks every day and everyone says hi and it's a very family-oriented neighborhood. Lisa, Frank and the entire staff are amazing! Amazing apartment and staff
March 7, 2022I lived at Sepulveda West for a year and it was a perfect first apartment! Lisa is an amazing property manager, always responds in a timely manner and very friendly when I see her in person. Frank is great at maintenance work and Maria keeps the apartment complex so clean and smelling good. The apartments are spacious, very new appliances, and I had a great view from my balcony. Best Property Manager Ever!
January 21, 2021I lived in Sepulveda West for about 2 years in one of their cute and cozy studio apartments, and can assure you that Lisa is the best property manager hands down. From the moment I stepped into the building, and was greeted by her, I knew I was home. Again, I lived in the building for about 2 years, and EVERY single time we talked or spoke, she made me feel like I was the only tenant in the building. Never too busy, always extremely quick to respond to my requests, and she generally CARES about ...your well-being 1,000%! Even my move-out process has been done with such grace, care and ease. Building Under Construction
January 11, 2021DO NOT rent this apartment. The whole building has been under construction for the past 1 year with no completion under sight. No solution or rent rebates provided by management. In fact, they simply denied all the complaints saying they cannot stop the noise during upgrades. Summary: . Noise all day long . My 6 month daughter is not able to sleep in either rooms . Can't open the windows because of construction dust . All amenities under construction . None of the projects completed since last 12 ...months . Cannot work from home as joining meetings not possible because of noise . High rent when all other rental properties are reducing during the pandemic .
