Too expensive for what it is

Do not rent from these apartments. They are charging far more than they are worth. They are very basic apartments built in the early 70s that don’t even have washer/dryer in unit. They will also nickel and dime you on everything. I paid rent and a large pet fee and left the place spotless and they claim that I owe them $167 after moving out. Avoid this place at all costs.

The rent is too high for the location and what you get for it. The pool is nice but I haven't been able to use it because of the COVID restrictions from the state.

I love living here. Laura, Jeff, and Derrick are wonderful. I love my neighbors and living just a few minutes away from work. I enjoy the seasonal games where you can win prizes, and the annual food trucks. Sequoia Apartments really care about their tenants and are always going above and beyond.

I like the area the complex is in. Management is friendly and always helpful with any questions I have. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner. Overall maintenance, repair, and upkeep of entire complex is stellar.

The office staff are friendly and are quick to respond to maintenance. They find fun ways to connect with their residents. The Location is close to freeways, shopping, Bus transit, hospitals and restaurants. The trees are beautiful and the grounds are well kept. Parking is plentiful and the neighborhood is friendly. If you live alone, with someone you love or have furry friend ...this is good place to call home.

It is a awesome place to live with have a autistic child and all the understanding and caring people here. Even our neighbors are amazing with our son's behavior when he's getting too loud we all communicate and make it where it's pleasant for everyone. And the grounds are beautiful with lots of trees.

The management here is horrible. When they have a problem with something they don’t reach out in an appropriate manner, instead she likes to come at you with an attitude and disrespect. Especially when you drive a full-size truck, she really doesn’t like those people. They ignore issues that have been brought to their attention (like a bug problem) everything is outdated when we were promised a fully updated apartment. 0/10 would not recommend I’d rather live under a bridge
