Too expensive for what it is
May 16, 2023Do not rent from these apartments. They are charging far more than they are worth. They are very basic apartments built in the early 70s that don’t even have washer/dryer in unit. They will also nickel and dime you on everything. I paid rent and a large pet fee and left the place spotless and they claim that I owe them $167 after moving out. July 5, 2021The office staff are friendly and are quick to respond to maintenance. They find fun ways to connect with their residents. The Location is close to freeways, shopping, Bus transit, hospitals and restaurants. The trees are beautiful and the grounds are well kept. Parking is plentiful and the neighborhood is friendly. Absolute trash.
April 2, 2021The management here is horrible. When they have a problem with something they don’t reach out in an appropriate manner, instead she likes to come at you with an attitude and disrespect. Especially when you drive a full-size truck, she really doesn’t like those people. They ignore issues that have been brought to their attention (like a bug problem) everything is outdated when we were promised a fully updated apartment. 0/10 would not recommend I’d rather live under a bridgeProperty Manager Responded
