I love living at the establishment. The office staff is so professional and nice. The maintenance staff is prompt to fix anything in my apartment. The prices are great here and the apartments are nice. Come get an apartment here.

If you're on a tight budget, it's a solid place. Pretty spacious layout. Simple layout and includes a fireplace. Management is putting in effort. But there is a lot of local homelessness. Homeless and non-homeless always walking around. I've heard what I'm 90% sure we're gunshots on at least two occasions. Granted, there are multiple other local complexes so it was difficult to tell exactly which complex this happened at. Someone spit on my car window. Also witnessed some kind of dispute in ...
which a gal busted the windows out of another person's apartment. So...it could be better. I'd probably aim a little higher if you have the budget for it.

Quite community for the most part. (Besides one guy who blast music/base while pulling in every afternoon & for an hour or so on Saturday mornings) But my Neighbors directly across and above me are quite and nice. Keep to themselves but pleasant to interact with and say hi when we cross paths. There’s a few complex’s surrounding this one but this is noticeably the smaller and way more quite in comparison. security guard on property both night & day. Staff at the office have always been ...
polite! maintenance takes sometime to show up but thats same anywhere you are. They do a good job. Gates always work which is also nice, you don’t come home to it off the track continuously. Grounds are well kept. Parking is easy to find - there’s no fighting for a spot or having to beat traffic home to find one close to your door. If your looking for a quite small community to call home. I’d check it out for sure.

At first when I moved here I loved it . But honestly it's gone down hill since and the prices have gone up . They were supposed to update the park and didn't. It's really hard to get maintenance to you especially for blinds . It's hard to reach the office by phone . My car has been broken into as of many others and they did nothing about it. My cat was stolen off my car and again they did nothing about it.
