This is a real review. People live under poor health conditions as to be expected from an old apartment complex infested with huge roaches and small, bed bugs, and rats. The complex can change owners and name all it wants but it'll still be a terrible place with rising prices not worth living in. I'm someone familiar with living outdoors in the countryside but this complex is by far the worst. Your neighbors are filthy adding worse conditions. The area floods easily when it rains and during ...
hurricanes you will drown when the reservoir breaks. The cars are broken into on a daily basis indoors and outside the complex gate. Management is by far useless. They spend more time on imagining ways to make more money instead of improving resident lives. Kids run around defacing property, cars, windows, and dangerously throwing balls around nearly hitting old people. Dog poop everywhere, and cats urinating all over the place. The complex smells nasty inside and out. The woods and fake bricks are rotting inside and out and in the air ducts. The place needs to be investigated and shut down or sued.

These aparrment have truly truned around a whole 360! The office personnel is completely wonderful and understanding they keep the community informed and updated in all activity surrounding the Residential area. They have been very supportive when it comes to Covid-19 programs and aswell with the recently weather Disaster that we went through with the Winter storm. Bianca,Judy and Jami truly stars!!!
