This is a real review. People live under poor health conditions as to be expected from an old apartment complex infested with huge roaches and small, bed bugs, and rats.
The complex can change owners and name all it wants but it'll still be a terrible place with rising prices not worth living in.

The cars are broken into on a daily basis indoors and outside the complex gate. Management is by far useless. They spend more time on imagining ways to make more money instead of improving resident lives.
Kids run around defacing property, cars, windows, and dangerously throwing balls around nearly hitting old people. Dog poop everywhere, and cats urinating all over the place. The complex smells nasty inside and out. The woods and fake bricks are rotting inside and out and in the air ducts.
The place needs to be investigated and shut down or sued.
