LOOK ELSEWHERE
June 23, 2022Rundown property. Was not maintained by original/previous owners, was dumped/purchased by new owners who are based in Florida. New owners have had 2 1/2 years to make improvements, very little, other than a few cosmetics, have been done. I do believe current property manager & staff are trying but it is a no-win situation. Perhaps if Florida corporate had to deal with caved-in ceilings, no a/c, no water, consistent flooding, panhandling, vagrants, and on and on and on, they might have a different ...perspective.
