May 19, 2021Serenity Montreat Village has been nothing short of amazing. I work in Arab and I’ve felt at home since the day I came for a showing. The maintenance always came in a timely manner. The owner and others that work in the leasing office have great customer service as well as the other office staff. Very quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. The only thing I had a problem sometimes was with parking. Terrible
May 4, 2021Our apt was full of mold and huge roaches when we moved in. No repairs were ever made. The shower tiles were falling off the walls. Both sinks leaked. The bedroom flooded every time it rained and the maintenance man stole from us while we were moving out thinking we wouldn't notice and then nothing was done about it because the manager believed his lies. Also the owner cursed us out when we asked to have our sink fixed.Property Manager Responded

You mentioned roof leaks all the building have new steel roofs so we have not head of any leak issues. Additionally, could you please provide us with the name of the maintenance man you believe stole from you. Was this with the last company? We take this very seriously.
