Nice Place with friendly people, not too much to do in the city so we need to drive to Huntsville for any real entertainment . But really big townhouse with a lot of storage space is perfect for me and my kids.

Saw this place in person. I put an application in the same day. It looks so much better in real life than in the pictures. Been living here for a few months now. Love the place. My only issue is sometimes the lawn guy doesn't cut the grass all the way in the back.

I recently moved in and so far I have had an amazing experience. The owner actually stayed after hours personally to ensure that I had everything I needed. Everyone has been very professional and a pleasure work with. Apartments here are very accommodating and have a lot of floor space. Would definitely recommend it to a friend.

Serenity Montreat Village has been nothing short of amazing. I work in Arab and I’ve felt at home since the day I came for a showing. The maintenance always came in a timely manner. The owner and others that work in the leasing office have great customer service as well as the other office staff. Very quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. The only thing I had a problem sometimes was with parking. I would come in late at night from working and wouldn’t have a close parking space to my door. ...
Other than that this is a great place to call home.

One of the best complex in Arab. The size of the units makes you feel like you are living in a house. The area is very safe, my kids play outside all the time. Great neighbors. Friendly maintenance man. Been here for over 10 years.

A great place to call "home". The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. I love the convenience of tbe area. I live alone here and could not feel safer anywhere else....a beautiful neighborhood with parks and trails around.

Our apt was full of mold and huge roaches when we moved in. No repairs were ever made. The shower tiles were falling off the walls. Both sinks leaked. The bedroom flooded every time it rained and the maintenance man stole from us while we were moving out thinking we wouldn't notice and then nothing was done about it because the manager believed his lies. Also the owner cursed us out when we asked to have our sink fixed.

We are very sorry to hear about your experience. Have you lived on the property in recent years? I ask this because the property is under new ownership and management. You mentioned roof leaks all the building have new steel roofs so we have not head of any leak issues.
Additionally, could you please provide us with the name of the maintenance man you believe stole from you. Was this with the last company? We take this very seriously.
Lastly, the property does not have a manager so I do not understand with whom you say you spoke. Please feel free to contact me to discuss any details. We will try our level best to resolve any issues.
