Refused to put in day one maintenance request

Day 1, hour 1, I learned it was a mistake to move here. Property manager refused to put in a valid maintenance request for 4 items because she didn't want to "do a bunch of little ones" because I don't have the full condition sheet yet. I found all the big ones right up front. I want the 48 hours to make sure I didn't miss anything small. They refused to note the big ones and get to work on them. Find somewhere else to live. You, the customer, are wrong, not right here.

Settlers Gate has lovely apartment homes and I have enjoyed living here for the past 11 months. The apartments are very unique and have a lot of storage options you don't normally see, like built in bookshelves throughout. They are located close to hwy 75 and hwy 121 and you are near literally everything you need. The complex is also very quiet and friendly.
