About Seven Eleven

The Keenan (7 East Gilman) is a two-story Mediterranean Revival home that has just four apartments. The four bedroom has a private entrance, wood floors, a decorative fireplace in a huge living room, and a breakfast bar in the kitchen. The three bedrooms have several windows, large living rooms, and one of the three bedrooms has a large deck. The two bedroom has wood floors, a vaulted living room ceiling, large deck. The living room features air conditioning, lots of windows, and an updated kitchen. In addition, dishwashers and microwaves are included in the kitchens, there are A/C units, there's laundry in each apartment, and cats are welcome. General Bryant Manor (11 East Gilman) offers five apartments in a great downtown location. The two bedroom apartments are each unique, some offering decorative fireplaces, A/C, and high ceilings. The three bedroom apartments have large living rooms with lots of windows, updated kitchens and carpeted bedrooms. The four bedroom apartment has three bathrooms, a breakfast bar in the kitchen, and lots of windows. In addition, dishwashers are included in the kitchens, there's laundry in each apartment, cats and dogs are welcome.
