AC unit
April 4, 2022Evon the manager is awesome and so is Jorge the maintenance guy. But when it comes to getting things fix boy that is something else. Since last year I have been having problems with my AC and lately it has gotten worse. Every week it has broken and they fix what they think is wrong with it and POP here goes the AC again but this time I lose all electricity in my apartment. And it always happens at night and hard to get whoever is on call to come and see and fix the problem. I have been here for ...10 years and had never had this much problem. Hopefully it will get fixed soon and quickly.Property Manager Responded

The property is under new ownership and we believe this issue has been resolved as it was related to a breaker problem. We also have more reliable staff for maintenance so If you are still experiencing any issues still, please reach out to our front office or open a work order on the Resident Portal. Great place to live!
November 20, 2020I moved to to this complex a few months ago from Dallas. I feel compelled to write a review because my experience has been beyond what I expected. The amenities are awesome, my neighbors are friendly and respectable, and the management is very involved and engaged. They pay attention to what is needed, and are very professional. I have lived in more apartments then I care to admit, but I must admit this is by far the best one. I guess you can say I’m a very happy camper. Keep up the good work!
