March 15, 202270 Capitol Yards hits that sweet spot between price and amenities. I could spend the same amount elsewhere in a dated apartment in another neighborhood, or I could spend more to get the same amenities — but why would you? The neighborhood is growing quickly and continually provides more entertainment and food options. The front desk team is crazy friendly and the leasing office is useful for any questions — I swear, some of them have encyclopedias for brains. Our layout isn't ideal, but we're ...moving to another unit in the building to solve that, and anticipate that to be a smooth move.Property Manager Responded

March 15, 2022If you have a pet, 70 Capitol Yards is the place to live (I have a dog). Friendly neighbors and super-accommodating staff who also love pets will make you feel right at home.
