worse place to call for availabilty

i called 8/11/21 Wednesday which is opened from 9 to 5. darn well there should be someone at the desk picking up calls. i left 2 voicemails and nothing. how the heck is this place supposed to fill apartments if they can't answer a freaking phone call. might as well take my services elsewhere.

I've been trying to get into these apartments for over a year now. They do not answer their phone and the emails they have written in one of the comments below do not work. I've even gone up there but no one was in the office. I'm still trying to move into these apartments because it's the only apartment complex in Charlotte within my budget. I'd really appreciate a response of some sort back.

I put in my application 4 weeks ago, haven’t received a call yet. I’ve call up there multiple times, left multiple emails & went to there office multiple times. It’s bad enough there only i open 3 days a week and on the 3 days there open NO ONES THERE.

Today I called like 20 times. At first it ranged and kept raining and then all of a sudden it would only ring for 2 seconds and somebody would hang up. Not acceptable. I would not be wasting my time doing an application.

Great Place, Less Billing

This is the best value apartment building in Charlotte. It's located in a great neighborhood plus the price is astoundingly low: only about $600 a month depending on how many rooms you have. The management is always friendly, which is a godsend when living in an apartment in this part of town. Also, the maintenance is always on point with getting stuff fixed on time: if you let them know about an issue they will usually get it fixed or at least start working on it within a day. There are washer ...

dryer hookups, which is standard in most buildings but there is also a laundry downstairs if you can't be bothered to lug a giant monster of a machine up two two flights of stairs. There's also a park with a jungle gym nearby if you have children. The only downside about living here is the lack of options of high speed internet. If you live here, you have a choice between Time Warner Cable internet which is very expensive, Dish Network or Direct TV internet which involves hooking up a giant hulking dish on your patio or some wireless internet which is painfully slow. However if you're not a young adult like me, you should not have much a problem with that. Otherwise, you will enjoy the nice scenery, friendly people, lovely staff and close location to Uptown. Seriously, I can walk there.
