        This is a great place to live and we have recently renewed our lease. I would say one of the best things is communication the staff using SMS and Email to notify us of alarm test, maintenance, security changes, weather issue and provide timely updates. I feel I always know what is going on. The office does a great job protecting our packages and recently capture some thieves. Gym equipment is fixed fast as well as maintenance services (broken gate - fixed in the same day or early next day for ...
        example). The maintenance staff is approachable and friendly. They do a lot of community engagement events with free food from local businesses and don't require you to give a 5-star review to participate. The pool is well maintain and this is one of the few apartments I have seen them shampoo the carpets in the hallways. Like most places in Texas they have bugs and the service response is fast and done by a professional company.

        I was welcomed by Brenda, the community manager, at Seville Uptown, and she instantly made me feel at home. The tour itself was great, but she was also kind and welcoming herself. I've lived here for over a year and enjoy the small and peaceful space. I love the big windows in the living room and bedroom, and the amenities are used quite frequently, including the pool, gym, and lobby area when I work from home.

        I've been a resident at Seville Uptown for four years and really don't have any complaints (other than being in the flight path of Love Field, but what can you do)... I will say, I get nervous every summer when my lease comes up for renewal, there was one year that the rent was increased dramatically but since then, while it has gone up, nothing dramatic. By and large, the residents are friendly, the property stays well maintained, and issues within the apartment involving maintenance are handled ...

        My husband and I love it at Seville uptown! We will be signing our lease for the 4th year in a row. I can’t imagine living in any other apartment complex in Dallas. Love the community, neighborhood, maintenance crew and the staff at the leasing office!
