I've lived here for over a year and enjoy the small and peaceful space. June 2, 2025I've been a resident at Seville Uptown for four years and really don't have any complaints (other than being in the flight path of Love Field, but what can you do)... I will say, I get nervous every summer when my lease comes up for renewal, there was one year that the rent was increased dramatically but since then, while it has gone up, nothing dramatic. By and large, the residents are friendly, the property stays well maintained, and issues within the apartment involving maintenance are handled ...quickly.Property Manager Responded

Have no issues with the community and the local hangout and eateries are easy to get to. November 22, 2024Having lived here for eight years now, I can honestly say Seville Uptown is in better shape now than ever. The management team is responsive, helpful and professional. Madi and his maintenance team are top notch. The grounds are maintained very well. While it may seem minor, the fact that outdoor lights are replaced quickly when needed means a lot.
