Poor responsiveness to maintenance calls. Management has lied and made excuses about the nature of the maintenance problems. They also forgot they assigned me a parking spot and ended up towing my vehicle making me miss a half a day of work to get it back. They covered my uber to get to the tow lot and that’s it.

We understand the AC going out more than once before it was ultimately replaced was frustrating, and we are glad that issue has since been resolved. We're glad we were also able to assist you with getting part of your energy bill reimbursed. That said, each maintenance request tied to it was addressed promptly, most within 48 hours, so we want to be clear that our team was responsive throughout and at no point misrepresented what was happening with those repairs.
The parking situation was a genuine mistake on our end. Your assigned spot was not properly accounted for, which led to your vehicle being towed. Once we realized the error, we contacted the towing company directly to arrange its release and provided a $50 credit to cover the Uber to the towing lot and a little extra to make up for the mistake we made.
