October 26, 2025This is a great place to live and we have recently renewed our lease. I would say one of the best things is communication the staff using SMS and Email to notify us of alarm test, maintenance, security changes, weather issue and provide timely updates. I feel I always know what is going on. The office does a great job protecting our packages and recently capture some thieves. Gym equipment is fixed fast as well as maintenance services (broken gate - fixed in the same day or early next day for ...example). The maintenance staff is approachable and friendly. They do a lot of community engagement events with free food from local businesses and don't require you to give a 5-star review to participate. The pool is well maintain and this is one of the few apartments I have seen them shampoo the carpets in the hallways. Like most places in Texas they have bugs and the service response is fast and done by a professional company.Property Manager Responded

June 2, 2025I've been a resident at Seville Uptown for four years and really don't have any complaints (other than being in the flight path of Love Field, but what can you do)... I will say, I get nervous every summer when my lease comes up for renewal, there was one year that the rent was increased dramatically but since then, while it has gone up, nothing dramatic. By and large, the residents are friendly, the property stays well maintained, and issues within the apartment involving maintenance are handled ...quickly.Property Manager Responded
