    I was welcomed by Brenda, the community manager, at Seville Uptown, and she instantly made me feel at home. The tour itself was great, but she was also kind and welcoming herself. I've lived here for over a year and enjoy the small and peaceful space. I love the big windows in the living room and bedroom, and the amenities are used quite frequently, including the pool, gym, and lobby area when I work from home.

    I've been a resident at Seville Uptown for four years and really don't have any complaints (other than being in the flight path of Love Field, but what can you do)... I will say, I get nervous every summer when my lease comes up for renewal, there was one year that the rent was increased dramatically but since then, while it has gone up, nothing dramatic. By and large, the residents are friendly, the property stays well maintained, and issues within the apartment involving maintenance are handled ...

    My husband and I love it at Seville uptown! We will be signing our lease for the 4th year in a row. I can’t imagine living in any other apartment complex in Dallas. Love the community, neighborhood, maintenance crew and the staff at the leasing office!

    Lived here almost 5 years! It has been a great time. The staff has been great and the neighborhood is very walkable, especially for dog parents.

    Seville uptown is amazing! I would recommend any one looking for an apartment in a location where you’re close to many things (downtown, main freeways, etc). The management and maintenance staff here are great and always tend to your requests and truly care about all residents here. My favorite part of this complex is the pool, it’s so beautiful and such a vibe in the summertime.

    The staff have been very helpful. Had some maintenance issues resolved right away and the move went very well. Have no issues with the community and the local hangout and eateries are easy to get to. The biggest issue and not the apartment issue is the amount of construction that is constantly all around.

    I enjoy being a resident of Seville Uptown. I have good neighbors. The communities area is clean and convenient. The pool area is great during the summer! There are many community events. The management staff is friendly. And the location is excellent, I have everything I need within walking distance!

    Having lived here for eight years now, I can honestly say Seville Uptown is in better shape now than ever. The management team is responsive, helpful and professional. Madi and his maintenance team are top notch. The grounds are maintained very well. While it may seem minor, the fact that outdoor lights are replaced quickly when needed means a lot. It's the little things that make the difference!
