I have lived here for 2 months and have had to call maintenance a couple times. Once for my garage freezing shut and once because I locked myself out! Both times they were here within 30 minutes and were super friendly. The landlords aren’t exactly smiley, happy looking people, but they definitely aren’t rude. I don’t hear the neighbors very often, and they say they can’t hear my bird. I really enjoy living here and plan to for a long time! The only downside is they don’t allow cats.

I have lived here for about a year. I love this place. It has a lot of space and it is big enough for my daughter and I! I love living here. If you have a problem they come out and fix it right away, and are very polite on the phone. I would and have recommended these apartments to my friends and family!!

The Seymour Apartments are a decent, safe place to live. I rent a place to live during the week for work, then drive home on the weekends. The second floor has a nice vaulted ceiling and there is plenty of closet space. Very pleasant and functional apartment! Priced very nicely.
