They’re constantly creating drama and getting so called “revenge” on residents and their families for the smallest of things. I would rather live in a dumpster than this place, but if you do end up living here avoid Heather at all costs!!

Beautiful flowers to watch growing you can even help plant and maintain a garden. You can sit on a swing on the patio and listen to the water in fountain! It is very pet friendly. Everyone is friendly and helpful, as is the staff! This is a wonderful place to live and I am so happy I found it! Can't imagine living anywhere else. Things are breaking down constantly and not kept up to code to be a safe place for anyone. The elevators break down almost on a regular basis. Hot water goes out, not that you would want to use it anyway. The ceiling leeks in the community room when it rains, and comes into some apartments. as well. A mold issue has ro be a problem with all of the water damage. it just seems to be more of a hazard then a place to live ...peacefully.The police are called for all kinds of disturbances. Mostly from visitors. The owners and property management are only worried about the apartments being rented. The almighty dollar comes before the tenants.Read More

There were flyers on the doors that someone was smoking marijuana in the building. Pipes back up a lot & the water is cloudy, not safe to drink.
