Maintenance staff is the best!

I've either interacted with, or have had work done in my apartment by all of the Maintenance guys at some point. They always deliver and are very fast! I don't think I've waited more than 2 days for my work order to be completed. I always feel comfortable with them coming to my apartment even if I'm not home. Every time I see them around the community, they always wave and are super kind! Thank you so much Jose, Jorge, Victor & Sem for all you do at Shadow Ridge!!

When I had further questions Somerville followed up promptly. From the start, my family and I felt incredibly welcomed by the Shadow Ridge team specifically Erin who guided us through the entire leasing process and went above and beyond to answer any of the questions we had. It was a very quick turnaround time with the apartment we wanted but everything worked out fine. There were a few things in the apartment that could’ve been detailed better so we put in a bunch of maintenance requests upon moving in and they were super helpful with that.

Very good housing in Simi Valley

Recently moved into shadowridge apartments. Very good apartments, great location - close to target, habit burger and Starbucks. Love the amenities, and a very responsive and friendly leasing team. I was helped by Somerville in my move in, she was super nice and it was a very quick process.
