Great Experience
April 15, 2023I had a great experience at the Shadow Ridge apartments. Ms. Somerville showed me around the complex and units. She was very helpful and answered all my questions. When I had further questions Somerville followed up promptly. My experience with Somerville and Shadow Ridge apartments was a total contrast from another apartment complex that just gave me keys and a map and sent me solo to look at the apartment and around the complex. Wonderful Office Staff
January 29, 2023I have been living here for 3 years. I enjoy living here. The grounds are very well kept and the upper pool and hot tub are a very nice amenity here. I am in the process of moving within the complex and Shannon and the office staff are wonderful! Shannon really went to bat for me to help me get access to something and I am soooo appreciative of her help! Somerville has also been extremely nice and pleasant to work with and is helping to make the transfer process smoother. Superb service from stellar staff!
November 16, 2022Everyone on the Shadowridge team is superb. They are responsive, fantastic communicators, and they follow through with what they say they're going to do. When we moved from the east coast and started looking for an apartment, we often wouldn't hear from people for weeks. We heard from Somerville right away. She even gave us a real time Zoom tour of the apartments and we ended up signing on the spot. Since moving in a month ago, everything has been wonderful. Problems (not that there have been ...many!) are resolved immediately, the staff remains super responsive, friendly and helpful, and the residents and facilities are top-notch. November 16, 2022From the start, my family and I felt incredibly welcomed by the Shadow Ridge team specifically Erin who guided us through the entire leasing process and went above and beyond to answer any of the questions we had. It was a very quick turnaround time with the apartment we wanted but everything worked out fine.
