Please save yourself the misery
December 18, 2017I have lived here for almost four years and have been miserable for at least 3.5 of those years. What was said about getting things fixed is true it is sometimes like pulling teeth. The pool is closed more than it is open during the summer due to the health department shutting it down. I begged them to do something about the upstairs neighbors who let their kids run and stomp until late in the night but nothing was done for three years now. The straw that broke the camel's back is that one of ...their kids jumped off the balcony onto the roof of my car and completely caved it in. Management refused to do anything about it and I even pleaded to be moved to a different unit but they refused. If you want to live in a place that allows vandalism and refuses to be accommodating in any way shape or form then this is the place for you.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
worst EVER!!!!!
August 31, 2016i would not recommend shadow ridge to no one..first off, the other tenants are rude and complains about the smell of cigarettes that i smoke inside my own home.my downstairs neighbor had roaches all inside her house because she had a lot of dogs, so of course my apartment would get her roaches.. i called the landlord to tell her about my problem that i have with roaches and she tried to get me evicted because of my neighbor complaining about my cigarette smoking..she never got my problem ...resolve. i also had a problem with my bath water because for some reason it sometimes doesn't turn off, the maintenance guy finally came and told me he fixed it, 2 days later my bath knob doesn't turn at all and now i cant even take a shower at all...by FAR the worst experience ever!!!!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

September 30, 2015We have lived in these apartment for a couple of years now. When we first moved in we went through 3 maintenance workers. The one they have now has lasted 2 years and does a good job. Neighborhood is really peaceful. Despite rumors that cars get broken into it has never happen to us or seen it happen to others. Only down side is the manager is really rude at times. Have to call mulitiple times to get things fixed. Only reason we are moving is because we need something bigger.
