maitance is always on break
July 9, 2018I agree with the person below the maintenance man is always walking around talking on his phone, I called them to fix a simple problem in June and here is is July. You have to call over and over just to get them to come out to fix their property. They don't deserve one star. Also the onsite laundry mat the machines are always broke one was full of water for I know at least a month that is pathetic. Then if you lose your money that's just on you. The apartments are run down in the inside they need ...updating bad they're still stuck in the 70's and so is the electrically system too.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

February 15, 2018I have FINALLY found a place I can call home. One thing I love the most about my apartment is the floor plan, and it is very affordable. And honestly, I believe it's the cheapest apartments in Clinton that I found that are nice and quiet.Review from Apartments.com
Run Run RUN
July 15, 2016These apartments use to be WONDERFUL! Now, they're one of the worst apartments in the area. Apartments are outdated, maintenance is always on BREAK or simply not working. The new landlord has a very nonchalant attitude and has no enthusiasm about her role. I decided to move in ShadowBrook apartments before they were bought out by the new company and when the guy was the landlord. He did a phenomenal job. Pool was open and it was also crystal clear, there were monthly news letters with birthday ...recognition and neighborhood watch meetings. As soon as the complex was bought out by the new company, the pool hours went from 8a-10p everyday till 8a-5p Monday through Friday till closed as a whole. Before I moved from this horrible ran complex, the pool water was slimy and the management was still horrible. The floors are weak and you can hear noise from the people above you. When passing complaints to the landlord, nothing is ever done, which is what prompted me to move. If you decide to move to Shadowbrook, move upstairs and not downstairs and also don't expect maintenance to work.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
A ground floor apartment, fairly good condiction, need new carpet through out.
August 10, 2015I would like to relocate, however because of the rent amount, cannot afford the move. I am on the ground floor and the building was built in 1975 and the noise from above is loud and most times annoying. However, I am grateful.Review from Apartments.com
