I found this apartment in the middle of a very tumultuous time in my life. I had to move out of where I was on very short notice and spent a long time looking over my shoulder For people out to hurt me. Shadow tree provided me with a real sense of safety with the closed gate at night for cars and the internal area that is always locked during the day as well. I have been a resident at Shadowtree Apartments for about 4 months. I absolutely fell in love with the place. I love how green and alive the complex is. When you walk around the complex the atmosphere is very peaceful, quiet, and earthy. I loved the fact that the complex had two pools; one heated and one nonheated and a spa. come with a balcony or outside area which is nice, it made me feel like I had my own little backyard space. The noise level is extremely low I have never lost a night of sleep living here. The community is friendly and kind everyone seems to be happy and smiling. One of the main features that sold me on this complex was the security. There is a main gate which closes about 5:30 pm every night that requires either your card or your apartment number which calls your cellphone in order to get in and then their are the gates to enter the actual complex which requires a key to get in. I always feel very safe and secure in my apartment knowing their are gates. I absolutely love it here and never want to leave! I highly recommend Shadowtree Apartments!

People constantly ask me where I live that I am so happy in an apartment because when I talk about my home at shadow tree I almost seem like I'm bragging. My apartment is beautiful. The sunset views mixed with the rare lush greenery are some of the most breath taking pictures myself and neighbors have captured in town. My husband and I have been living here at Shadowtree for a little over 3 years now and it has been wonderful. Lori in the office knows almost everyone by first name, maintenance is prompt and courteous, the neighborhood is quiet, and we are within walking distance of a mall, the bus line, the hospital, and a multitude of shops and restaurants. That being said, the cost of living at this complex has gone up quite a bit since we moved in, and there isn't a lot of return for the extra money spent. ...
But for people who like the feel of a small close knit community, the cost of living is a small price to pay. As for my husband and I, even though we love the quiet complex, we will be looking for a place that is more cost effective when our lease is up.

I have been living here for 3 years. Before living here, I spent weeks checking different apartments, reading online reviews, and talking to the residents. Finally I decided to live in Shadow Tree Apartment.
Location: It is in the center of the city, with walking distance to the mall, discount stores, restaurant, drug stores, gas stations, hotels, gyms, bus stops, clinics and hospitals. There are a lot of parking in the property. I have 2 cars, but never had an issue. Also numerous parking for ...

Safety: It locates in the center of the city, but it doesn't compromise the safety in any way. It is a gated community, so you need the code or the card to open the big gate. After entering the big gate, you also need the key to enter the small gates towards your apartment. There is also a night time patrol in the property.
Environment: Living in the desert, greens are pretty rare to see, let along the lavish trees and flowers. However, the whole property is like an oasis where has numerous trees, colorful flowers, and unbelievable green grass. In addition, although living in the center of the city, I barely hear any noise at all. Yes, almost never!
Maintenance: Gardens were maintained on the daily basis, and pest control was done weekly. I have never had any roach, ants or bugs problems. All the maintenance orders are taken care of very fast. I don't know the policy of how many hours exactly it should be done, but my two requests were done in 24 hours.
Entertainment: I have to say that I really love it. There is a year round heated pool, a lap pool, a jacuzzi, 2 bbq grills, a 24/7 lighted tennis court, and a small dog park. The club house is small but convenient and comfort with a computer room and a mini library. You can rent the club house for party free with some deposit. I have to mention about the free DVD rental, free coffee and drinks, and free Gold's gym membership here.
Stuffs: They are very nice and helpful. All the stuffs know my name and always do their best to help me. They even waited for me after the work hour to hand me the gym pass. I truly like all the stuffs here!
Neighbors: Most neighbors here are retirees or military. They are very nice, quiet and respectful. A lot of them know each other and take care of each other which make it even safer living here. There is free residents' lunch every month. Some neighbors can be nosy sometimes, but in a nice and friendly way.
In conclusion,I'd love to live there as long as I can.
