Place is a disgrace

Absolute disgrace, filthy dirty , mice infested. Management doesn’t care , multiple tenants living in one bedroom apartments. Worst place I ever lived

I really like the location of this apartment I have access to where I want to go I have the septa stop, I have a nice big park just across the street, I really feel very comfortable in this place

I have lived here for 4 months now and have witnessed a drug deals on many occasions on the premises. The dealer lives in one of these apartments. I have recently had someone try to break into my apartment while it was empty. The would be thief must live here as well, due to the main doors being locked and only accessible by tenants. Do not move here under any circumstances.
