I have lived here for almost 2 years and have had a mostly good experience. The building super is wonderful and is always quick to solve maintenance issues quick and effectively. The things that I don't like about it aren't really related to the company itself. I had some challenges with getting the PECO bill situated which was my biggest annoyance with management. Other than that they have been fine for me. It's my downstairs neighbors that really irritate me because they always complain ...

about noise from my dog outside of quiet hours because he works overnight (not my problem). So if you work over night then don't move in on a lower level floor I guess. Parking is kind of annoying if you want to have guests because there is no guest parking. The people in the building next door always park in the 4-5 overflow spots and any other philly-style parking spot they can find. I have an assigned spot since I was one of the first to move in, so if you can get one, I recommend doing that for sure. The train is incredibly loud whenever they choose to lay on the horn for whatever reason. It drives me insane honestly, but it's not all of the time so it's manageable. Overall, I like the building, the amenities, management, maintenance, and the neighborhood. I feel safe walking my dog around (I am a 27 y/o girl) & I feel like that's important. The location is really nice being right off of I-95 (unless you're going to center city during rush hour, then it kind of sucks because of the construction that is never-ending between Cottman & Betsy Ross). The food places around are really good too.

Don't rent here. Plain and simple. The management is a joke. I've been here for 1 month and have not one positive thing to say about their problem solving. I even had to communicate with local courts and the owners of the finance company that funded this building to get any movement. Problem is still not solved

The leasing agent is very unprofessional! They do not update you or inform you on basic details. Very passive when there’s nobody even occupying the apartments. Don’t even have a parking garage they’re willing to show but want you to pay $150. DO NOT RENT!
