I lived here for 3 1/2 years and my children could not go outside and play. Very often there would be shootouts in broad daylight while all the children are outside playing. On top of that the neighborhood children will come through your building banging on doors kicking doors screaming and hallways throwing pots and trash all through the hallway and nothing was done about this. As well the children in the neighborhood to be very disrespectful and you dare not to say anything to them or you'll be ...

into a fight with their parents. Me and my children had to move many times my car was broken into or hid out in the parking lot dengs and bangs all over my car scratches as well. I never had any bugs or rhotens in my apartment in the three and a half years that I live there. But we did go through about five different managers in the office without notice you just walk in one day and there's someone new. It took a while to heat work orders in and you would hope that day came to do them the genders were very nice but it wasn't their fault the communication was so bad that they didn't even know that you put in order. I'm happy that me and my children were able to move it was okay place to get me by in my time of need. But I refuse to allow my child to go to school in that area so before she started kindergarten we moved.

Terrible,high crime, high traffic drug area. I lived here for 3.5 years my 3rd month in i found a mouse in my living room. After maintenance arrived we found there were several mice in my unit. Staff is horrible and constantly changing managers and maintenance crew. My car was broke in several times. Work orders are never addressed and it's a scary complex. I was afraid for my children's safety due to the violence and gun shots every night.
