the apartment is very nice , tiled with completely new bath room the manager is really nice and the staff are polite and very clean some issues with the elevator but they fix in the same day enough parking space and they offer secuirty at night they open on saturday which is very convenient to pay your rent or if you have any emergency , very quiet i recommend it .

The layout of my 1bed/1bath apartment is very unique. Great closet space. Only utility cost is electricity. Good for your first apartment, but i wouldnt recommend long term stay.

This apartment's elevator sometimes don't work so we might have to take the stairs. I live on the sixth floor so things are difficult at times. There is no air conditioner in my apartment and they won't put one in because they don't want to pay to fix it if it breaks. No one is almost ever in the office. There is no buzzer for us to let people in even though clearly at one point it did have one and I was told we would get one sometime this year. The building sucks if I get a chance to move that ...
