I applied 5 days ago and was never contacted. I reached out to them multiple times and was not responded to until I contacted upper management for a refund of my application fee. I was then sent a text telling to come to the office with my social security card. When I asked why that was needed, I was informed it was required even though the application says it is not required. I then asked the texting person to contact me via phone and have been ignored since. Will be reporting to BBB.

Convenient to work and affordable. Property is slowly getting some work done which is nice. Roofs were recently replaced and the addition to the playground is nice. So far everything I was told upon move in by the staff has been done. I will extend my lease unless I am transferred to another state.

This apt complex has a pool that is rare to be open unless you rent it for party. Also big bug problem from day one. They only Care About getting your money in their pocket. They are rufe and act as if they are better then people attitude is unhelpful and worsens situations. Need NEW STAFF IMMEDIATELY

My fiance and I have been renting at Sharon Pines just under a year, and we enjoy living here. We rent a two-bedroom, which is affordable, nice and roomy, with a semi-private backyard area. The staff is very friendly, remember our names, and are usually quick to fix anything that needs attention (1-2 days). The apartment grounds are kept clean, which we enjoy. I've noticed that the management is working hard to keep the community great, we appreciate that alot.

This is an apartment for lower income tenants. I was in need of providing a home for my family of 5 and they helped me a lot. Not long after that my wife made a heartbreaking confession to me, made false accusations, took my three beatuiful baby girls.and the car. Needles to say, I lost my job. Now it is a matter of time before I lose this apartment, thereafter, lose shared custody of my children. Without a place for them to stay, I will hardly see them. I am devastated, and need a job to pay the ...
rent, etc. So I will be virtually homeless and I, as a man, living in NC in this situation unless you are on drugs or an alcoholic, there is no program to help. Also, I have no family or friends that can help, as they are struggling. Whatever programs are available are very low or depleted of funds. The management there are rude and unprofessional, will take advantage of you! Even if they are wrong they will keep your money! The apartments are roach infested and they had pest control come out and they were still roaches! The neighbors are loud you can hear the music all day and all night! I regret even going there! Please do not waste your time or money! U will b very disappointed!!! Things are never fixed on time! They do not even deserve one star!

these apts are not my kind of living , I thank God for them in my time of need when my soon to be ex husband told me numerous time to get out. These apts allowed me to live in peace again even though I don't like the area , drugs and a lot of activities going on. I really do like my apartment it's easy to deal with when ever I have my daughters they can be upstairs taking a nap and I can be down here cleaning or make dinner or spending time with my husband these apartments are not like any other apartments that I've ever been. I love my carpet any chance that I get I'm vacuuming it the five-year-old actually wants me to teach her how to vacuum the two-year-old in the one year old just fuss at the vacuum when it comes on. Me and my husband just sit back ...
and laugh because that really is what family is all about and I wouldn't trade it for anything in the world I am extremely grateful thank you.
