Come check out Shawnee Lake Apartments! We are currently taking applications for our 1 & 2 bedrooms We currently carry 12-month term leases. (Resident responsibility would be electric, water, gas, and renter insurance) Our community apartments are budget friendly and spacious. We have after-hours Emergency Maintenance as well! Most units have washer and dryer hookups. We do have laundry facility on-site as well! We are a pet friendly community! You are allowed 2 pets per unit with a 70lb max per pet. (One time non-refundable pet fee of $300 per pet. Pet Rent is $35 per pet per month) There is so much to do around Shawnee Lake Apartments. We are conveniently located near Shawnee Lake where you can enjoy the great outdoors. There are plenty of walking/biking trails. If you want to enjoy the water there is Adventure Cove where you can have fun by enjoying paddle boats and boards, canoeing, kayaks, and there is also a floating playground/swimming area or just take advantage of fishing. We have some tasty restaurant near by Shawnee Lake Apartments including Thunderbird Grille, Yolk House, The Shack II, El Dorado Mexican Grille & Cantina, and Ling’s Express. If you enjoy a cup of coffee then you are in the right spot with Scooters and Milk & Honey with just a couple minutes away! Our apartments are located in the USD 450 Shawnee Heights School District! Disappointed
July 14, 2017Move-in date postponed because last tenants "trashed the place." Moved in to what seemed to appear like a clean freshly carpeted apartment, only to find a roach infested kitchen. Took them more than two weeks to send an exterminator over to my apartment, despite the management claiming they'd send over the maintence guy to spray the following morning.Review from Apartments.com

My Life at Shawnee Lake apartments
August 14, 2015The Main reason Imoved here was the location. I am across the street from Shawnee County Lake. There is a 7 mile bike path around the alke and has hills and good views of the alke along with the ducks and birds. They perform maintence whether it is needed or not, like new siding on all of the buildings. While I have had maintenance issues tings eventually got straightened out.Review from Apartments.com
