January 11, 2024Barbara and Alana were the best during my application and move-in process. Communication was excellent and they really make you feel like family. Peaceful community with great management
August 8, 2022Barbara, the manager, is great! I've lived here for 7 years. When I moved in and needed a washer and dryer She got me in touch with someone moving out who had a set to sell. She takes an interest in the people who live here and has been a life saver to me more than once. I appreciate her more than I can say. The rules are applied fairly and equally to everyone, including no loud music coming from cars, which makes this a peaceful place to live. The owners have a no riding bikes anywhere policy. ...We used to have to push the bike to the street, but she advocated on our behalf so we at least now can ride them from the beginning of the buildings down the windy entry to the road. She's advocated for other beneficial changes too. The grounds are well maintained so it always looks nice.Property Manager Responded

Awesome property and manager
January 29, 2020I can’t say enough good things about my entire experience with this complex! From the moment I started the process by putting my name on the waiting list, Barbara did an excellent job at making me feel welcome to begin my life at Shellbrooke Pointe! She was there with a helping hand every step of the way! Everything went smoothly, she really knows her job, always friendly and I feel went out of her way to make the process easy! Exceptional Apartments for the Price
June 4, 2019Well kept apartments and grounds. The manager and staff do their very best to accommodate your needs. They provide get togethers for all the holidays .....including Easter Egg hunts for the children, Halloween parties, etc. The lawns, play ground and pool area are well maintained. If you are not willing to adhere to rules/regulations then you should look elsewhere for an apartment.... otherwise this is a very good place to live.Property Manager Responded
