THEFT
December 9, 2022As of the 6th night after moving in my Catalytic Converter was stolen off my car that was parked right below my balcony in the middle of the night. Make sure you got insurance and a Uber account cause I am not the first person this has happened to that lives here.Review from Apartments.com
major bug problem
January 23, 2020moved in literally 6 months ago and there are roaches always in my kitchen. I see them crawling everytime i turn on the lights. pest control is a joke. i keep my my whole house clean all the time i even bought my one bug spray and nothing seems to work. definitely would not recommendReview from Apartments.com
Shelter cove appartments
August 10, 2015On the positive side Nice and quite appartmets. Nice pool open year round.lots of trees.on the negative side management is not great and maintenance is on the same level.pool it randomly closed with no reason or explanation. Gym sucks.Assigned parking is way off,my spot is three buildings away from my apartment.Review from Apartments.com
