New prices point is exborant compared to better kept property
March 4, 2025The new manager Vanessa and her maintenance crew our Awesome. However the property is very outdated. No automatic door system buzzard are old, Outdated and low quality fixtures, out dated appliances ( old refrigerator) no dishwasher closets doors are metal come off tract when opened, sliding doors permanently fixed shut on one side, hard to open, and sliding doors old never updated since 1979, Limited amenities, out dated cabinet, and bathroom, small, poor, lighting at night, no play area for ...children. No central air. You have to purchase your own air conditioning unit. Closets space is excellent. Heat/water included. Unsupervised children. No laundry access after 4:30pm. Could be nice with updates. Very outdated less square footage then other apartments in the area at the same price point. Most of tenants are nice. Horrible place to live!!!
August 7, 2018No pool for last 3 years. Police stay on property due to illegal activities. Noisy neighbors and mgmt don’t care!!! Will not evict unless rent is not paid! All about moneyReview from Apartments.com
