The new manager Vanessa and her maintenance crew our Awesome. However the property is very outdated. children. No central air. You have to purchase your own air conditioning unit. Closets space is excellent. Heat/water included. Unsupervised children. No laundry access after 4:30pm. Could be nice with updates. Very outdated less square footage then other apartments in the area at the same price point. Most of tenants are nice. People who do not live here walk there dogs on the property and do not clean up after them
