One of the best aspects of this place is the reasonable rent. It fits comfortably within my budget, allowing me to save money for other important things. Most importantly, I couldn't be happier with my choice. The apartment meets all my needs, and the neighborhood is safe and friendly. I can confidently say I'm living a happy life here.

The property ownership and management has recently changed and since then they have been very responsive to any issues. They have recently upgraded the units and they look pretty good.
